I believe in the communicative power of still and moving images. Great images have brought messages that have changed the life of man many times on many different scales. I feel a deep sense of fascination before that power and I've devoted a great part of my life to understand and to a certain level master the creative and philosophical process behind the making of images. My name is Mårten Keijser and I like to present myself as visually creative person, you can absolutely call me a Photographer, but also a Director of Photography, Camera Operator, Retouch Artist, Editor, Colorist etc. It's my belief that an image is only as powerful as the message it translates to the final viewer and I always keep that in mind. If you, your organization or maybe a client you represent have a message to communicate through visual channels I would love to offer my services. I work on freelance basis and I mainly target gigs that require enough for me, or me and my freelancing producer/stylist Emilie to handle. When time constraints or quality demands require I have a constantly growing network of other creative professionals that I cooperate with. Every project is unique but I treet every assignment with the same respect. I can follow detailed instructions or take part in the conceptual idea development stages. Rates vary depending on the assignment, please contact me or Emilie with what you need and we'll give you a prompt quote and fit you in the schedule. I charge per the hour and a fee applies for extended or massive commercial usage. Assignments stretching over more than two days are subject to discounts.
